RSTI has a great opportunity for enthusiastic individuals eager to embrace the exciting challenges of managing deliveries, de‑installations, and installation logistics. In this role, you will take charge of assisting the team in creating and overseeing equipment teardown processes, managing shipping duties, and making significant contributions to essential building maintenance tasks. WhatYou Will Do
- Installing and de‑installing equipment for Exchange and Training
- Secondary driver for field deliveries, de‑installations, and installation throughout the country
- Load and unload trucks
- Assist in inventory equipment tear downs
- Assist in receiving, packaging and shipping parts
- Assist in testing equipment for Exchange and Training
- Basic building maintenance
- Maintain tidiness of work areas in labs and throughout warehouse
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer skills required:
Inventory Software;
Microsoft Office, Excel SAP - Working knowledge of medical equipment and parts
- Mechanically inclined with ability to use hand tools
- Attendance/Punctuality – consistently at work and on time; ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent; arrives at meetings and appointments on time.
- Dependability – follows instructions, responds to management direction; takes responsibility for own actions; keeps commitments; commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals; completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan.

- Safety and Security – observes safety and security procedures; determines appropriate action beyond guidelines; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly.
