Arzel Zoning is seeking a Technician HVAC Support to join our dynamic team. This is an entry-level position. In this role, you will excel in technical troubleshooting and play a pivotal role in assisting to promote and sell Arzel products.

As a Technician HVAC Support you will be responsible for addressing incoming calls from technicians, diagnosing issues professionally and efficiently, and assisting customers in designing and implementing HVAC zoning products.

• Professionally address and resolve technical inquiries from technicians.
• Assist the team in providing input on new product development.
• Help in product innovation discussions, offering ideas and suggestions for new product offerings.
• Assist in marketing efforts related to technical aspects of Arzel products.
• Assist the technical department in identifying and tracking potential product issues or trends; monitor and report on product performance and customer feedback.
• Demonstrate a solid troubleshooting methodology when guiding a technician through a technical support call.
• Show willingness to assist others in the technical support department and other Arzel staff requiring technical guidance.
• Represent Arzel at industry events to promote products and engage with potential customers.
• Be willing to travel to attend trade shows and expos.

• Understanding of identifying and resolving HVAC system issues.
• Ability to interpret and utilize schematics effectively.
• Knowledge of HVAC control systems, zoning systems, duct design principles, and wiring configurations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a positive demeanor.
• Willingness to learn to promote Arzel products and effectively communicate their value.
• Ability to integrate OEM equipment, thermostats, and specialty controls with Arzel products.
• Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record.
• Willingness to travel.

• 1‑3 years of experience as a residential HVAC technician (apprenticeship experience acceptable).
• HVAC Certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office Word, Excel spreadsheets, and using CRM systems.

• Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting and standing for long periods.
• Occasional movement within the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and communicate with co‑workers.
• Might be required to stand for long periods when attending events or trade shows.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment such as a copier, printer, etc.
• Visual acuity requirements include viewing a computer monitor and extensive reading.
• Must be able to communicate accurate information to co‑workers and customers.

Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay:
From $24.50 per hour
