Maintenance Helper (1st or 2nd Shift) ($20-22/hr.)

Job Description

This role involves basic labor tasks essential for the maintenance and organization of our facility. The maintenance helper will be responsible for ensuring the facility is clean, organized, and efficient.

• Clean and organize the facility daily.
• Move materials throughout the facility.
• Build and organize racking systems.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

• Experience in facility maintenance.
• Proficiency in using material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience in building maintenance and using hand tools.

• Previous experience as a construction or maintenance laborer is highly beneficial.
• Experience in handyman tasks and mechanical maintenance.

The maintenance helper will work alongside the maintenance team on either the 1st Shift (5am-1pm, with potential Saturday shifts) or 2nd Shift (1PM - 9PM). The role includes a shift differential for 2nd shift. The work environment is collaborative, focusing on maintaining order and cleanliness throughout the facility.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleveland, OH.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
