Experience required building out Hyperscale Datacenters (not managing after build).

IES seeks an experienced Project Manager with Hyperscale Data Center experience. This 100% travel career position will lead a team of professionals. The Project Manager is overall manager for assigned projects ensuring work developed, implemented, installed and managed per company requirements, including safety, quality, management and financial performance.

• Recruit, hire, train, manage, supervise, promote, discipline and discharge project related staff as necessary.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor customer delivery and job installation progress.
• Plan, manage, monitor and maintain project profitability to achieve company goals.
• Review all job cost postings for accuracy and completeness, including invoices, collections and financial reporting.
• Manage all related quality and safety issues on customer work.
• Participate in and/or facilitate the bid process.
• Act as company liaison for interface with customer representative(s).
• Create, develop and implement account process improvement(s).
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

• High skill level interpreting blueprints and project documents.
• Ability to travel within branch or regional territory as needed.
• Ability to learn company and customer project management systems.

• Proficient with trade tools: punch tool, crimp tool, Krone/3M/BIX, butt set, volt‑ohmmeter, continuity tester, punch tool.
• High School diploma or GED equivalency required;
  Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• RCDD certification preferred.
• Minimum five years supervisory or managerial experience.
• Minimum five years experience in telecommunications or related technical or construction field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).
• Meet company minimum driving standards.
• Manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated verifiable ability to define a project, create a scope of work, develop tasks and manage to final completion.
