• Manage Federal Government Land Mobile Radio service contracts to ensure successful service delivery
• Cultivate relationships and grow managed service product sales across large customer accounts
• Collaborate with Sales Account Management and support teams to enhance customer satisfaction and service growth
• Achieve P&L goals related to service billings and margin performance
• Provide contract management support and maintain customer satisfaction through effective program management

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of experience in LMR, Public Safety, Project Coordination, or related fields
• 5+ years of successful experience in lifecycle service account management or LMR sales
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Oracle and Salesforce applications
• Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for security clearance

• Knowledge of Motorola RF systems and products
• Experience with US Federal Government contracts performance
• Top Secret or Secret Clearance is highly preferred
