Overview

An established mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced
Project Manager to join its growing team. This role is ideal for a construction professional with strong experience managing
industrial process piping projects
, with additional opportunity for those experienced in
commercial HVAC and mechanical systems
. The company values long-term hires and is selective about team fit, quality, and professionalism.

• Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence

• Oversee industrial process piping projects in active plant and industrial environments

• Coordinate with field supervision, subcontractors, vendors, and clients

• Review drawings, specifications, and contracts; identify risks and cost impacts

• Lead project planning, scheduling, inspections, and progress tracking

• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in
  industrial construction

• Strong background in
  process piping within manufacturing, industrial, or plant settings

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience in
  mechanical or HVAC commercial construction is a plus

• Solid understanding of construction workflows, costs, and schedules

• Hands-on, proactive project manager who thrives in fast-paced environments

• Comfortable putting out “fires” and adapting to changing field conditions

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
