• Oversee all projects and personnel from initial planning through project completion
• Develop and manage construction plans, budgets, and timelines
• Responsible for quality control, risk management, and compliance
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships

• A 4 years degree in Construction Management preferred
• Direct experience in preferred fields with projects up to $5 million
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
• Ability to maintain schedules and budgets

Salary Range: $120-150K
