Senior Project Manager

We are supporting a well-capitalised international developer expanding its US hyperscale data centre platform
. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven track record delivering large-scale hyperscale data centres from early works through commissioning.

This is a hands-on construction delivery role
, not an oversight or advisory position. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for day-to-day project execution, coordinating CSA and MEP delivery, managing contractors and trade packages, and driving fast-track programmes in mission-critical environments.

• Lead end-to-end construction delivery of hyperscale data centre projects
• Manage works from site mobilisation through commissioning and handover
• Drive delivery across CSA, MEP, and specialist mission-critical systems
• Coordinate contractors, trade partners, and specialist vendors
• Maintain strict control of schedule, cost, quality, and safety

• Manage delivery of power, cooling, and life safety systems
• Coordinate commissioning activities including IST and integrated testing
• Ensure systems are delivered to meet uptime, redundancy, and reliability standards
• Work closely with design, commissioning agents, and operations team
• Own project budgets, cash flow, forecasting, and change control
• Manage procurement and installation of long-lead equipment
• Lead contractor meetings, reporting, and risk management processes
• Drive issue resolution in fast-track and high-pressure environment

• Act as the primary point of contact between developer, consultants, and contractors
• Interface with client representatives, commissioning teams, and operations stakeholders
• Provide clear reporting to senior leadership on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering hyperscale data centres
• Direct, hands‑on experience on large-scale, mission‑critical facilities
• Strong understanding of CSA & MEP coordination at scale
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects through commissioning and handover
• Background working for developers, operators, or major mission‑critical contractors

• Delivery for hyperscale operators or major colocation platforms
• Experience on fast‑track or multi‑phase data centre campuses
• Exposure to multiple concurrent projects or expansion programmes

• Strong construction leadership and decision‑making
• Deep understanding of data centre delivery methodologies
• Commercial and contractual awareness
• Ability to manage complexity, interfaces, and programme risk
• Calm, execution‑focused approach under pressure
