Opportunity:
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects within our Product Operations department. You will work closely with both team members and stakeholders to ensure efficient project implementation and delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. Your primary role will involve assisting with coordinating project activities, tracking progress, facilitating effective communication among project stakeholders, and project documentation.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, issues, and risks.
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to facilitate the implementation across the Product department.
- Create and implement comprehensive change communication plans, including messaging, channels, and target audiences, to ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the project.
- Assist in managing project risks and issues, identifying potential roadblocks, and collaborating with the project team to develop mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate resource allocation and availability, ensuring team members have the necessary tools, equipment, and materials to complete their tasks.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and change control documents.
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues in a timely and efficient manner.
