- Responsible for being the leader of a single-site and having full profit and loss responsibility
- Will provide executive oversight for all business functions while maintaining a strong operation presence on the floor
- Will lead a team of 6 salaried leaders and 55 hourly across one shift
- Will drive financial performance, operational excellence, regulatory compliance and strategic growth
- The GM manages executive and administrative decisions related to responsibilities, reporting, and financial forecasting
- 10+ years of running a site with P&L responsibility
- Aerospace/Defense/Castings experience, sand or green casting experience is preferred
- Bachelor of Science degree is preferred but not required
- Company has over 40 years of industry experience
- Family atmosphere and lets all employees have a voice in the company
