The Senior Program Manager will serve as a key leader within Sherwin-Williams’ Business Integrated Operating System (BIOS) transformation — a large-scale, multi-year ERP modernization program spanning global business units, manufacturing sites, and regional operations.
This role is responsible for driving structured delivery, coordinating Solution and Deployment activities, overseeing Program governance processes, and ensuring on-time, quality execution of complex ERP-related work streams.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of leadership experience managing large ERP programs with deep expertise in program planning, RAID governance, cross-functional coordination, and executive communication.
