Position Overview
The Partnership Project Manager leads the strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of Cross Country Mortgage’s partnership portfolio. This role is responsible for articulating CCM’s brand vision to partners, driving collaborative cross‑functional execution, and delivering high‑impact experiential and marketing initiatives. The Partnership Project Manager leader shapes annual partnership strategies, oversees partner marketing plans, creates scalable processes, and ensures every partnership delivers measurable value for both CCM and its partners.
Job Responsibilities- Articulate Cross Country Mortgage’s brand goals to partners and inspire them to create meaningful moments that create a win‑win for both organizations.
- Foster effective collaboration across internal and external teams to ensure consistent alignment and delivery on organizational goals.
- Collaborate with CCM leadership to define and implement annual partnership strategies.
- Manage and oversee budget planning, allocation, and tracking for all assigned CCM partnerships to ensure responsible and strategic use of resources.
- Demonstrate a hands‑on leadership style, stepping in as needed to ensure work is completed effectively and on time.
- Manage and facilitate experiential moments with partners.
- Manage individual and overall marketing plans for each partner.
- Manage multiple work streams and stay one step ahead of everyone.
- Operate within a learn‑adapt‑apply framework to continuously enhance the effectiveness of all CCM partnerships.
- Partner with integrated marketing teams to develop yearly creative vision and plan.
- Create processes and guides that will ensure long‑term success.
- Evaluate and manage new partnership opportunities, guiding prospective partners through CCM’s engagement and onboarding process.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or closely related field.
- 7+ years of experience managing complex, multi‑year, large‑scale partnerships at a Fortune 500 company or leading creative agency.
- Cross‑functional marketing experience with a solid knowledge base across cross functional marketing teams.
- Deep understanding of integrated marketing strategies and tactics and how they come together to provide measurable results.
- Excellent collaboration skills and a team‑oriented mindset, avoiding siloed work.
- Customer‑centric mindset and desire to drive best‑in‑class experiences.
