Security Operations Manager-Hybrid

NTT DATA's Client is currently seeking a Security Operations Manager - Hybrid in Cleveland, Ohio (US-OH), United States.

• Manages a staff of professional-level team members or manages a team through lower-level supervisors.
• Works within general policies and management guidance, independently determining approach to managing daily operations.
• Provides guidance and technical advice, becoming actively involved as necessary.

• Develops, modifies and executes company policies that affect company operations across a small geographical area.
• Develops, implements and maintains security procedures to meet business requirements.
• Analyzes, investigates and recommends process improvements related to loss control and incident reports.
• Manages and is accountable for the security budget for operations across a small geographic area.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Graduate degree preferred.

• Strong knowledge of industrial security programs and the ability to identify and evaluate policies and procedures to complement business objectives while protecting company personnel and assets.
• Certified Protection Professional or Certified Fraud Examiner or equivalent internationally recognized qualification.

Typically requires 10-12 years relevant experience. Includes 3-5 years managerial/leadership experience.

• Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
• Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
