Joya is looking for a Sector Manager on a fixed-term contract for its home care agency in Clisson, for a duration of one year, to replace a maternity leave.

You will be responsible for developing and managing a client portfolio in a geographical area and ensuring the satisfaction of your beneficiaries.

What will your daily tasks be?

• Handling requests for home care from our prospects: assessing needs, developing the care plan, following up on requests
• Providing suitable caregivers for the situations and needs of beneficiaries
• Managing the intervention schedule of caregivers
• Supervising the services and ensuring the quality of service and satisfaction of your beneficiaries and their families

• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with health professionals and the medical-social sector in the area
• Ensuring accurate reporting of actions to your agency manager

• Participating in the recruitment of Life Assistants
• Supervising and ensuring the retention of Life Assistants

- Minimum 3 years of experience in personal services and with caregivers, beneficiaries, and local institutions (CLIC, CCAS, etc.)- Diploma Bac +2 (BTS, IUT, DUT, DEUG) specialized in the social/medical-social/personal services sector
- Listening and client focus
- Strong autonomy, organizational and prioritization skills
- Passion for improving the daily lives of 2 million French people with loss of autonomy
