AllSTEM Connections is seeking a Program Manager to work onsite in Cleveland, OH.
This is a 12-month contract position. Possible extension/temp-to-hire.
Hourly rate is up to $62.50/hour

M-F, 8AM - 5PM.
SUMMARYWe are seeking an experienced and highly organized Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, coordinate strategic projects, and drive operational excellence across the organization. This role oversees multiple related projects, aligns stakeholders, manages timelines and budgets, and ensures successful delivery of strategic business objectives.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution. Our confidential client is a global leader in advanced materials and engineered solutions for the electronics industry, developing innovative thermal management, EMI shielding, and connectivity technologies used in automotive, telecommunications, medical devices, consumer electronics, and data infrastructure.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead and manage complex programs from initiation through completion.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and external partners.
- Manage interdependencies across projects and align priorities with organizational goals.
- Monitor program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, provide executive status reporting, and communicate program updates.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Establish and continuously improve program management processes, tools, and best practices.
- Track program KPIs, performance metrics, and business outcomes to measure success.
- Support organizational change management and communication during program implementations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-8+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations leadership.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, , Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies.
- PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus.
