Commercial Interiors Project Manager

Lead all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for multiple commercial, high-end renovation projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.

Demonstrate capability to read, understand, and apply standard to sophisticated documents affecting real estate projects, including but not limited to agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys and drawings.

Interface and be in direct contact with the clients to define project requirements. Prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, cash flow, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.

Identify project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification process; conduct standard request for proposals; completes bid analysis; recommends resources to clients.

Lead project delivery resources/team providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals.

Implement communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed. Facilitate project meetings.

Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and Client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated.

Track progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Report status and variances. Craft action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule.

Implement change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and issue change orders. Assess change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk.

Demonstrate ability to identify complex project risks, lead constructability reviews, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.

Demonstrate a knowledge of projects & project management within the context of business results (larger economic implications, business risk, etc.).

Conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.

Facilitate the development of a charter and integrated timelines.

Ensure all functions remain on schedule and issues get resolved or escalated.

Facilitate regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects.

Collaborate to develop solutions and guide the project team through implementation and completion.

Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both client individual project and portfolio objectives.

Showcase expertise in own job subject area and in-depth knowledge of other job fields within the organization function.

Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.

Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence) values. Anticipate potential objections and persuade others, often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different point of view.

Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams. Work is guided by functional policies of both T&T and the client, which impact the design of procedures and policies.

Communicate difficult and complex ideas with the ability to influence.

Report regularly to a Director Project Management/Account SPOC and follow reporting protocol established by the Director.

Other duties as assigned.

Proven track record of managing multiple projects in varying stages simultaneously and the ability to deliver under pressure or fast-paced environments is preferred.
