E3 Recruiting is seeking a Director of Maintenance to lead all aircraft maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and airworthiness standards. You will oversee maintenance programs, records, training, and staffing while coordinating with Flight Operations and regulators.
Ideal candidates will have an FAA A&P certificate, 7–10+ years of maintenance leadership experience (5+ years in a Part 145 environment), and specific experience with Cessna Citation aircraft.
