Test Program Manager with migration testing and Test Rail experience.

• Lead the overall engagement and serve as the single point of contact for the program.
• Define and execute the test strategy for the Express 2 to Express 3 migration.
• Define governance and ownership model.
• Define weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports and conduct them.
• Manage test programs in a multi‑vendor environment; articulate issues, risks, and mitigation plans to client stakeholders.
• Assess knowledge gaps, define knowledge‑transition requirements, and create a knowledge‑transition plan.
• Lead knowledge transition from the current team and manage the overall transition to the ramp‑up team.
• Oversee the automation transformation committed in the Statement of Work.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, participate in strategy/technical discussions, and ensure alignment.
• Lead the Test Rail implementation plan.
• Establish metrics dashboards for the program and provide periodic reporting to client stakeholders.
• Experience with P&C insurance is an added advantage.

USC and GC only. C2H contract. Must be based in Cleveland, Ohio, with 3 days onsite per week.
