Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Plant Operations to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring a high level of quality care and service to our patients. About the Role:As the Director of Plant Operations, you will be responsible for the overall management of the facility, including:
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of facility staff, including maintenance and EVS.
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimize facility operations, including budgeting, planning, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, standards, and policies.
- Building strong relationships with patients, families, and medical staff to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and effective communication.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of facility staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize facility operations, including budgeting, planning, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, standards, and policies.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment by building strong relationships with patients, families, and medical staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and effective communication.
- Identify and address operational issues and concerns, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate the activities of facility staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and medical staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address operational issues and concerns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Travel Requirement 50-70% among facilities in OH, PA & NY
- Competitive Pay $100,000-$135,000
