• Oversees store operations within a large geographic region through District/Area Managers.
• Partners with District/Area Managers to ensure stores meet or exceed profitability, customer service, and operational goals.
• Analyzes store expenses and implements strategies to control costs. Promotes consistent communication, application, and enforcement of policies and initiatives throughout the region.
• Generally manages the equivalent of annual store volume (revenue) up to 100MM USD.

• Brand maturity in terms of market evolution or market share and pace of expansion/growth.
• Years of experience/tenure are not a factor in leveling.

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
