This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a quickly growing team of dedicated professionals. I am looking for a sales-minded leader in the Industrial Coatings industry ready to manage a motivated team.

Industrial Coatings Project Manager Experience Required.

• They have been a leader in the industrial coatings sector for over 20 years
• The flooring division has been the top producing division within the company for multiple years in a row, also meaning their annual bonus is higher than every other division
• CEO and COO started in the Coatings at the beginning of their careers there – they have a passion for it and that division has access to the most resources needed to be successful
• Company as a whole is doing about $15M in revenue per year
• Average tenure of 8-10 years for PMs – when people are hired, they don't want to leave
