Job Description
The Manager at Soul Budz will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of plant cultivation, maintenance, and landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth horticultural knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering a culture of excellence in plant care and landscape design.
Responsibilities- Lead and inspire a team of horticulturists, gardeners, and landscape designers.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
- Oversee the planning and execution of horticultural projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, maintenance, and operations, to achieve project goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive plant care programs, including fertilization, irrigation, and pest management.
- Conduct regular inspections and implement measures to maintain the health and vitality of all plant species.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new plant varieties, and horticultural innovations.
- Integrate new technologies and practices to enhance horticultural processes and outcomes.
- Develop and manage budgets for horticultural projects, ensuring cost-effective practices.
- Monitor expenses and provide regular financial reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their horticultural preferences and project goals.
- Provide expert advice on plant selection, landscape design, and ongoing maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Botany, or a related field.
- Proven experience in horticulture management, with a focus on plant care and landscape design.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of horticultural practices, plant biology, and landscaping principles.
