Job Title: Accounts Receivable Manager
Salary: $75,000-$85,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities (AR Manager):

• Lead all accounts receivable functions, including collections, cash application, billing, deductions, and customer account management

• Manage customer credit reviews, credit limits, risk assessments, and credit hold processes

• Monitor aging reports and collection activities to reduce past-due balances and improve cash flow

• Supervise and develop the AR team while ensuring all daily, monthly, and annual deadlines are met

• Partner with sales and internal stakeholders to resolve disputes, deductions, and payment issues

• Prepare AR reporting, dashboards, aging analyses, and support month-end close and audit activities

• Strengthen internal controls and identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements

Qualifications (AR Manager):

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field

• 8+ years of accounting or accounts receivable experience, preferably within a complex business environment

• Prior leadership experience managing AR staff, processes, and performance expectations

• Strong knowledge of credit management, collections, cash application, billing, and account reconciliation

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
