In this role, no two days will be the same. You’ll use your Solid Works expertise to create initial concepts, then work closely with production, applications, and sales teams to bring those ideas to life on the shop floor.

This role would suit someone from a Manufacturing or Industrial environment (Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply) who is looking for a varied, hands‑on, and rewarding engineering career.
The Role- Design and help build custom manufacturing machinery and production equipment
- Create and develop prototypes using Solid Works and hands‑on mechanical work
- Work with welding, fabrication, fixtures, and jigs to bring designs to life
- Support the installation and improvement of equipment used in industrial and infrastructure projects
- Hands‑on Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineer who enjoys being on the shop floor
- Experience with machinery, fabrication, or mechanical systems
- Comfortable using Solid Works and turning designs into physical equipment
- Welding experience - or a strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- U.S. Citizen able to support projects tied to government‑related work
