Provide overall leadership for plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
Responsibilities- Own Profit & Loss (P&L), budgeting, and operational planning.
- Implement Lean practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and coach teams, promoting strong engagement and cross‑training.
- Collaborate closely with internal partners to support customer needs and organizational growth.
- Monitor KPIs, use data-driven insights to improve processes, and optimize equipment and resources.
- Support long‑term strategic planning and future expansion initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive operations leadership with proven performance results.
- Strong background in Lean, safety programs, and standardized quality systems.
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and change‑management skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.

- Competitive salary: $115,000–$155,000 + Annual Bonus Incentive
