We’re looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join a growing production team supporting the manufacture and packaging of advanced products used in wound care applications.

This role plays a key part in high-volume cleanroom operations, supporting cutting, milling, mixing, and sterile packaging activities in line with GMP and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate die cutting and milling equipment to size and process natural polymer materials used in wound care products
  • Perform sterile packaging activities including filling containers (jars, tubes, pouches), heat sealing, labeling, and final boxing
  • Generate and print barcode labels using approved label software systems
  • Accurately measure product attributes such as length, thickness, weight, volume, torque, and pH
  • Prepare and mix dry and liquid materials in accordance with established manufacturing procedures
  • Complete batch records and related documentation in line with GMP and GDP standards
  • Collect in-process and finished product samples for Quality review
  • Set up, operate, monitor, and dismantle production equipment including mixers, fillers, presses, mills, and sealing systems
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and cleanroom areas to maintain compliance standards
  • Support inventory handling, including raw material picking and identifying material shortages
  • Properly label and manage hazardous waste in accordance with safety procedures
  • Maintain strict adherence to FDA regulations, OSHA standards, and company safety policies
Experience /

Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree in Biotechnology or related scientific/technical discipline is highly desirable
  • Prior experience working in a cleanroom environment
  • Experience with in medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing under GMP
  • Hands‑on experience using measurement tools and quality testing equipment
  • Familiarity with FDA regulations, ISO standards, and Quality Management Systems
