Job Title:
Plastic Injection Mold Operator | $30-35+HR | Direct Hire!
We are seeking a skilled Plastic Injection Mold Operator to join our team. This position is for the 2nd Shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with training conducted on the 1st Shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in plastic injection mold operations and a strong understanding of the machinery involved. This role involves setting up, operating, and troubleshooting multiple plastic injection mold machines.
Responsibilities- Set up and operate plastic injection mold machinery.
- Perform changeovers and set up an average of six machines per day.
- Create mold machinery components in the tool room.
- Operate multiple plastic injection mold machines simultaneously.
- Troubleshoot mold machines and report issues to maintenance.
- Propose upgrades to mold processes and collaborate with the team.
- 5+ years of experience in plastic injection mold operation and setup.
- 5+ years of experience troubleshooting plastic injection mold machinery.
- 5+ years of experience making molds and components in a tool room setting.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous lead experience.
- Forklift experience.
- Experience with robotics (not programming).

WorkEnvironment
Work in a clean, well-lit, and temperature-controlled facility designed to maintain mold integrity. While some areas may be loud, hearing protection is provided. The 2nd Shift operates from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, and the 3rd Shift from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a $2 shift differential. Training occurs on the 1st Shift, lasting 1-2 months. The facility ensures a comfortable and safe working environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Cleveland, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $58,240.00 - $72,800.00/yr.
