Pricing and Quoting Manager

The Pricing and Quoting Manager is responsible for leading and developing the costing team while driving best-in-class quoting, pricing, and market-aligned commercial decision-making. This role owns the end-to-end quoting process, ensuring fast, accurate, and competitive quotes that support profitable growth and improved win rates.

The position is also responsible for implementing a centralized and real-time pricing database to continuously improve quote cycle time and right-first-time estimating performance. The role partners closely with Sales, NPI, Strategic Sourcing, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to accelerate time-to-market, support new program launches, and win new business.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in costing, quoting, pricing, or commercial operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing quoting or commercial teams.
• Strong understanding of cost structures in labor-intensive, high-mix manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated success improving quote speed, accuracy, and win rates.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Prior experience in contract manufacturing or the electronics/cable assembly industry is a plus
