Production CoordinatorZenex is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to supply our manufacturing operations. This role works closely with the Operations Manager and department leads to ensure smooth production scheduling, inventory tracking, and cross-departmental coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive and adaptable.
Responsibilities- Schedule daily aerosol production runs for both production lines.
- Perform cycle counts and correct inventory discrepancies as identified.
- Edit WO’s or communicate with supervisor for appropriate changes.
- Communicate with Customer Service team to have sales orders changed in an occurrence of shortages.
- Help department with miscellaneous tasks to help increase workflow/efficiency.
- Building boxes, pulling labels, storing labels, printing labels, and helping production lines as needed.
- Support overall production planning and operations projects as assigned.
- Positive, professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Functional computer skills: experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or operations support role (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and team cooperation skills.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach with hands and arms, and use hands to finger, handle or free objects.
- The employee must be able to move and/or lift objects up to 50 pounds often.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
