HSE Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to lead plant safety and environmental compliance programs within a manufacturing environment. This role drives regulatory compliance, incident prevention, and continuous improvement initiatives to support a safe, high-performing operation.

HSE Supervisor – Manufacturing

Reports to:

Director of Operations

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and RCRA regulations
• Lead audits, inspections, investigations, and corrective actions
• Manage environmental reporting and waste programs
• Deliver safety training and maintain certifications
• Oversee PPE, industrial hygiene, and medical programs
• Track metrics, documentation, and compliance systems
• Support emergency preparedness and regulatory communication
• Lead safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

• 7+ years HSE experience in manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental compliance
• Experience with audits, reporting, and incident investigations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Degree in HSE, engineering, technical field, or equivalent experience
• Certifications (RCRA, DOT, IATA) or ability to obtain preferred

Competitive and dependent on experience. Includes base salary and annual bonus

Schedule:

Full-time | Exempt | Weekdays + occasional off-shift/on-call
