At Oliver Inc., we’re looking for a detail‑driven Folding/Gluer pro to help us deliver exceptional folding cartons on 2nd shift—and we’ll back you with great people, cutting‑edge tech, and a $1,000 sign‑on bonus.

Every shift you’ll transform printed board into shelf‑ready packaging. You’ll own your machine from setup to cleanup—keeping safety first and quality consistent.

• Set up, adjust, and operate folding‑gluer equipment to meet exact specifications.
• Dial in feeder, glue system, plow/fold plates, compression sections, pack station, and inspection systems.
• Validate folding sequence, glue patterns, board caliper, and score alignment; correct issues on the fly.
• Run automated/computer‑controlled inspection for in‑process QA.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs to sustain uptime.
• Interpret job tickets, verify schedules, maintain inventory accuracy, and complete post‑run cleaning.
• Support a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the Finishing Department.

• Prior Folding Gluer Operator experience in printing, packaging, or folding cartons (preferred).
• Hands‑on Bobst or equivalent folding‑gluer experience (highly preferred).
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills with a quality‑first mindset.
• Working knowledge of glue systems, scoring, folding sequences, and carton construction.
• Ability to read job tickets/layouts and use calipers, rulers, and gauges.
• Solid math for measurements and conversions; excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communicator and teammate who performs well in a fast‑paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
