We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our fabrication team at our steel mill. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding techniques and the ability to work with various types of steel. You will play a key role in fabricating and repairing metal components to ensure the efficient operation of our facility.

• Perform welding tasks on various steel components using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to maintain weld integrity and standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in welding, preferably in an industrial or steel mill setting.
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes.
• Strong understanding of metal properties and welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
