This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

• Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with established instructions.
• Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
• Monitors the quality to identify, rework, or discard nonconforming products.
• Maintains accurate daily production records to support analysis of manufacturing performance.
• Maintain 5S standards, including cleaning equipment on a daily basis or as needed.
• Performs minor equipment troubleshooting and repairs, completes regularly scheduled operator maintenance, and immediately addresses safety hazards.
• Performs duties in accordance with Henkel SHE standards and practices, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and compliance with departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

• 1 Year of experience in an industrial environment preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• Open minded with an eagerness to learn.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

The salary for this role is $ 20.00 - $ 22.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
