Our packers will bag, label and stage components. Packers must be efficient and detailed oriented.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Use Bagging machine to bag product for shipment in high volume, small quantities of small parts/components
- Accurately count components to ship per daily work orders
- Bag components using a machine, heat seal plastic bags and print labels
- Act as a fill‑in within assembly as required
- Must have previous packing experience
- Ability to lift 40 lbs; continuously
- Integrity - Reliability, Responsibility and Accountability
- Working knowledge of the English language, both oral and written
- Ability to perform work in a safe manner
- Ability to keep a clean and neat workstation (6S)
- Must have high attention‑to‑detail and strong vision and hearing
- Ability to perform repeated physical tasks
- Ability to stand for 8 – 10 hours a day
- Skilled in active listening and following directions
- Good communication skills
