• Full‑time position
• Days:
  Monday–Friday
• Occasional weekend work for special projects or Saturday production to meet demand
• Participation in an on‑call rotation for emergencies

• Perform preventative maintenance on industrial washers, dryers, conveyors, boilers, ironers, folders, and related equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Troubleshoot PLC‑controlled equipment (preferred)
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation in our CMMS
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years industrial maintenance experience preferred (for mid‑ and high‑level candidates)
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in a hot, fast‑paced environment
• Basic computer skills, including email and CMMS usage (work orders, PM documentation, data entry)
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Slight janitorial duties

• Forklift or tow motor experience
• Welding and fabrication skills
• Boiler or steam system experience
• Boiler license or prior boiler tender experience (training and licensing support provided)
• Experience with industrial laundry equipment or similar process machinery
• Troubleshooting PLC‑controlled equipment
