The Bellows Operator will operate the machines to create parts to the specifications. The purpose is to complete the shape of the bellow by shearing steel, jetline‑rolled steel, and forming on the Bellows Press. Cross‑train across departments as needed.
PrimaryJob Responsibilities
- Operate the machine to create parts to specifications.
- Perform visual inspections of blank tubes.
- Inspect parts after completion.
- Adhere to quality standards.
- React to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
- Good math and mechanical skills.
- General computer skills.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to operate lift truck.
- Ability to read precision measuring devices, tape measure, and pietape.

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds; push/pull up to 70 pounds; transfer 50–100 pounds with help.
- Must be able to stand for long periods.
- Must be able to bend, squat, stoop, twist, and kneel.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
