The Welder will be responsible for performing skilled welding work in the fabrication and repair of metal hoses. The position requires cross training across company departments based on business needs.

• Complex TIG welding
• Making sure orders are in order by the due date
• Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
• Inspect welds

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to understand and follow English instructions
• 3+ years of TIG welding experience
• Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
• Good basic math skills

• Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Overtime is possible.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Will be sitting 80 percent of the day.
• Good vision – especially color vision due to color coding.
• Ability to climb up and down.
• Must be able to bend, squat, twist and kneel.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
