- Operate the Corrugator machine to turn a mill length tube into a mill length of corrugated hose.
- Run corrugators according to procedures.
- Diagnose problems with the machine and explain the situation to the Department Engineer.
- Inspect and measure tolerances according to procedures.
- React to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
- Cross‑train across company departments based on business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
- Good basic math and mechanical skills.
- Ability to read a tape measure, dial calipers, and micrometer.
- Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.

- Lift up to 35 pounds; push/pull up to 50 pounds; transfer 20–100 pounds with help of another person.
- Stand for long periods; bend, squat, twist, and kneel.
- Good hearing and vision, especially color vision for color coding.
- Use hand and power tools.
- Work minimum 40 hours per week.
