• Operate the Corrugator machine to turn a mill length tube into a mill length of corrugated hose.
• Run corrugators according to procedures.
• Diagnose problems with the machine and explain the situation to the Department Engineer.
• Inspect and measure tolerances according to procedures.
• React to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
• Cross‑train across company departments based on business needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
• Good basic math and mechanical skills.
• Ability to read a tape measure, dial calipers, and micrometer.
• Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.

• Lift up to 35 pounds; push/pull up to 50 pounds; transfer 20–100 pounds with help of another person.
• Stand for long periods; bend, squat, twist, and kneel.
• Good hearing and vision, especially color vision for color coding.
• Use hand and power tools.
• Work minimum 40 hours per week.
