This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit - where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

What you´ll do

* Perform drum changes and manage general waste disposal.

* Certified and experienced in operating OIT equipment, including forklifts, safely and efficiently.

* Utilize SAP and LOGOS to generate accurate shipping labels.

* Operate stretch wrapping equipment to secure finished goods.

* Maintain clean and organizes work areas in alignment with 5s standards.

* Supply materials to production lines in a timely and efficient manner.

* Remove finished goods from production lines and complete warehouse put-away.

What makes you a good fit

* 1 year manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred

* Forklift or Pallet Jack experience is a plus

* Ability to prioritize

* Attention to detail

* Open minded, teachable

* Able to lift up to 50 pounds

The hourly pay range for this role is $20.00 and $22.00. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location.

The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
