Parma, OH (Onsite with Free parking)
Job Duration: 12 Months
Shift - Mon-Fri/ 7AM-3PM ( Overtime: Possible depending on workload)
Interview Type:
In-person group interviews (Wednesday/Thursday mornings at 9 AM)

Job Responsibilities

Separate and open mail
Prep documents for scanning (including glass copies)
Perform other duties as assigned
Lift items weighing 10 50 lbs
Alternate between standing, sitting, bending, twisting, and lifting
Follow strict cell phone policy: phones must be silent and kept in lockers, never on the floor

Work Environment

Production facility with moderate to high noise levels

Candidate Requirements

Ability to read and understand instructions in English
Basic computer knowledge (for training and scanning tasks)
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic PC and typing skills
Ability to work in a team environment and maintain positive relationships
Flexibility to adapt to changing situations
Capability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and output standards
Willingness to work multiple shifts (nights, weekends, overtime, holidays) depending on workload
Ability to stand for at least 8 hours per day
Physical ability to lift and move supplies up to 50 lbs (floor to waist height, carry 10 feet, lower back to floor)
Experience in printing/scanning industry is a plus
