Quality Technician

Qualifications

• Prior experience performing quality activities in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Hands-on experience working on the production line
• Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, dial bores, snap gauges
• Proficiency in data tracking and ERP systems for materials/returns

Insight Global is seeking a Quality Technician for one of our largest clients based in Cleveland, OH. This role supports quality inspections, documentation, and MRB processes in a fast-paced production environment. The technician will work closely with a team of 12+ and play a key role in maintaining high standards for incoming materials and finished products. The ideal candidate is hands-on, coachable, and comfortable using precision tools and data systems to ensure compliance and drive quality improvements.

• Receiving inspection
• Final dock audit
• Routine lab testing
• Product nonconformance reporting/resolution
• Corrective action support
• Gage care and maintenance as directed
• Perform measurement and testing procedures accurately
• Work independently without direct supervision
• Able to perform multiple tasks through to completion
• Assist in the timely resolution of nonconformance issues
• Timely and detailed communication to supervision and management (written and verbal)
• Other activities that support the overall quality system
