Shift: 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM (Premium Pay) 3rd
Shift: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM (Premium Pay Seeking several Senior CNC Mill Machinists for a premier manufacturing facility in Cleveland, OH. This is a full-time permanent role featuring a 4-day work week with a premium shift pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
Setup & Operation:
Independently set up and operate CNC Mills to drill, ream, and tap parts per blueprints. Programming:
Download, edit, and dry-run programs; adjust offsets and reference points. Quality Control:
Perform first-piece inspections using micrometers, calipers, and height gauges. Maintenance:
Conduct daily equipment checks and troubleshoot routine issues. Requirements:
Experience:
5–8 years of CNC Mill setup and operation.
Skills:
Proficient in shop math, blueprint reading, and precision measuring tools.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Traits:
