? Train on 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM), then move to 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM)

What You'll Do

• Operate machinery that produces stainless steel threaded rods
• Learn machine setup procedures during training
• Load rods into machines and monitor production cycles
• Inspect finished products and ensure quality standards are met
• Read and use a tape measure accurately
• Lift up to 40 lbs. as needed
• Stand for extended periods throughout the shift

What We're Looking For

Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to work independently after training
Reliable and self-motivated work ethic
Team player willing to help where needed
Comfortable in a small, family-oriented workplace
Ability to read a tape measure accurately

Requirements

• Steel-toe boots required
• 5-panel drug screen
• Background check
