Position: Bobst Folding‑Gluer Technician (Production Finishing)

What You’ll Do Independently set up, adjust, and run folding‑gluer equipment to meet exact specifications.

Configure feeder, glue application, plow/fold tooling, compression, and packout for optimal throughput.

Operate automated/computer‑controlled inspection for in‑line quality assurance.

Monitor quality throughout the run and make timely, data‑driven adjustments.

Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs.

Interpret job tickets, verify schedules, manage counts, and maintain accurate inventory.

Complete end‑of‑run cleanup; maintain a safe, organized work area; follow all safety protocols.

What You Need to Succeed Experience as a Folding Gluer Operator in packaging, printing, or folding cartons (preferred).Bobst or equivalent platform experience (highly preferred).Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving ability for mechanical and quality issues.

Knowledge of glue systems, scoring, folding sequences, and carton construction.

Ability to read layouts/tickets and use calipers, rulers, and gauges.

Solid math for measurements and conversions; detail‑driven and team‑oriented.

Comfort in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment; high school diploma or equivalent.
