• Inspect assemblies to prints / specifications.
• Inspect hose and identify leaks.
• Use all types of measuring equipment.
• Read and understand prints, Sales Orders, and Job Orders.
• Test assemblies – air and HMS (Helium Mass Spec).
• Buff and/or paint.
• Assemble swivels.
• Cover hoses.
• Maintain inventory.
• Tag assemblies.
• Package assemblies.
• Complete paperwork for certifications.
• Enter Sales Order shipments into courier software programs such as UPS, FEDEX, DHL, USPS, etc.
• Ready packages for shipment, attaching labels, certifications, etc. as sales order requires.
• Adhere to standards of quality and accuracy.
• Respond to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
• Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of using measuring instruments.
• Ability to read and understand detailed work instructions and production documentation.
• Basic computer skills – ability to use office software and courier software such as UPS, FEDEX, DHL, USPS.

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Good hearing and vision for hose testing.
• Must be able to bend, squat, stoop, twist, and kneel.
