(1st Shift Only and MUST be HIGHLY Skilled)

• CNC Lathes
• Secondary machines

• Set up and operate CNC lathes
• Set up and operate secondary machines
• Select tooling
• Inspect product to blueprint
• Accurately report production and labor to company procedures
• Update setup records as needed
• Locate, load, and store tape or program
• Perform preventive maintenance as required
• Clean work area
• Move parts to next operation
• Write and edit CNC program when necessary

• Two (2) years vocational school or one (1) year machine shop experience
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Must be able to operate hoist or crane
• High school graduate
• Five (5) years experience on CNC lathes

• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Must be able to operate hoist or crane

• One (1) year machine shop experience on CNC lathes or high school graduate and six (6) months experience on CNC lathes
• Safety rules and procedures
• Setup and operation of equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and understanding of tolerances
• Familiar with quality procedures and requirements
• Editing of programs
• Must read and write in English
• Understanding of departmental procedures and instructions

• Hoist and crane operation
• Safety rules
• Operation of machines
• Training and seminars as deemed necessary by management
