Job Overview

Regal Rexnord is hiring an Assembly 2nd Shift Technician for a fully onsite position at its Cleveland, OH facility. The role includes building assemblies to meet print specifications under ISO 9001 regulations.

Base pay: $16.00–18.00 per hour.
Shift premium: $2.00 per hour for 2nd shift. Benefits begin on day one and include:

• Build assemblies according to print specifications and due dates.
• Receive and document component parts such as screws, stem cover, housing tube, actuator tube, and boot.
• Operate mechanical and power shop equipment safely.
• Use measuring devices (tape, micrometer, caliper) to ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to ISO 9001 guidelines.

Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Entry‑level position.
• Ability to interpret verbal and written instructions.
• Strong teamwork skills and basic math ability.
• Mechanically inclined with experience in mechanical assembly preferred.
• Capability to use power shop equipment.

The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds and stand continuously throughout the shift. Visual acuity for close, distance, and peripheral vision is required. The work area may involve moving mechanical parts and has a minimal to moderate noise level.
