Assembler- 1st Shift

Aero Controlex is seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will assemble precision aerospace products ensuring quality, and reliability. Schedule:

Full-Time, 1st Shift with consistent overtime opportunities

What You'll Do

* Assemble precision aerospace and industrial products, components, and subassemblies according to engineering specifications and quality standards

* Follow written and verbal instructions, including blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and manufacturer documentation

* Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment to complete assemblies accurately

* Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with company, customer, and quality requirements

* Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work area

* Work independently and collaboratively to meet production schedules

* Perform other related duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

* High school diploma, GED, or technical school certificate

* Previous assembly, manufacturing, or technical production experience preferred

* Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred but not required

* Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment

* Experience reading and interpreting assembly drawings, blueprints, schematics, or manufacturing documentation

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

* Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic

* Ability to work overtime to support production schedules and customer requirements

* Basic computer skills
