2nd Shift Production Associate - $22.58/hr

Cleveland, OH – Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Crucial Link is hiring Production Associates for a Cleveland manufacturing company that specializes in aerosol and liquid product filling. Monday – Thursday 2:00pm – 12:30am (10 hour shifts)

Temp to Hire – hired after approx 90 days

30 days after hire by client, you join the union and receive Union Benefits!

MUST have reliable personal transportation

• Operate aerosol and liquid filling equipment on production lines
• Load containers and materials onto production lines
• Inspect containers, valves, and finished products for quality defects
• Package, label, and palletize finished goods for shipment
• Assist with blending and preparation of products as directed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and production standards

• Training on production and filling equipment
• Learning packaging and labeling procedures
• Working alongside experienced production team members
• Becoming familiar with safety and quality standards

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred
• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
  
  Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
