Closet Factory is a leader in custom storage and home organization with over 40 years of experience. We manufacture custom closets, home offices, garage systems, and more using advanced equipment and proven systems.

• Assist in operating a nested‑base CNC router
• Work with edgebanders, sliding table saws, and other machinery
• Support daily production workflows
• Maintain quality and accuracy in all work
• Keep tools and workspace clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures
• $18–$22/hour based on experience

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Woodworking or cabinet experience preferred
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Mechanically inclined and detail‑oriented
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to read basic plans/drawings
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work occasional overtime when needed
